Window vinyls and marketing materials designed to advertise the availability of four new empty shop units along Hulme High Street in Manchester. The main aim of the brief was to communicate the feel of the area; positive, up and coming, colourful and multicultural, and to suggest possible uses for the empty units in the visual design. This was achieved by creating a visual identity using the name of the area alongside colourful imagery.
A brochure was also created to publicise the units to local businesses. This was produced in both virtual and print formats. Two static web banners were produced for manchesterpropertyguide.co.uk
